## Your Private Suite & Shared Amenities

The Fowler House is a historic property featuring three separate rental suites, each with its own private living accommodations. Your two-level barn suite is exclusively yours during your stay, including your bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living areas.

Please be aware that the other two suites may be occupied by guests with separate reservations during your visit.

The outdoor grounds, fire pit, hot tub, and game room are shared amenities available to guests staying at the Fowler House. A shared washer and dryer are also available in the hallway serving the other suites.

We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying these shared spaces so everyone can have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

## House Rules & Good Neighbor Policy

We want everyone staying at the Fowler House to have a wonderful experience while respecting the historic property, fellow guests, and our neighbors.

**Registered Guests Only:** Only guests included in your reservation are permitted on the property. No additional visitors, overnight guests, gatherings, or parties are allowed without prior approval. This includes use of the hot tub, fire pit, game room, and other shared amenities.

**Respect for Other Guests:** Since the Fowler House has three independently rented suites, please be mindful of noise and the privacy of others. Keep conversations, music, and activities at reasonable levels, particularly in shared spaces and hallways.

**Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, both inside and outside the property.

**Shared Amenities:** The hot tub, fire pit, game room, outdoor areas, and laundry facilities are shared with guests from the other suites. Please be courteous, clean up after yourself, and allow others an opportunity to enjoy these amenities.

**No Parties or Events:** The Fowler House is intended for peaceful overnight accommodations. Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

**Good Neighbor Policy:** We are proud to be part of the Bridgton community and ask our guests to help us maintain positive relationships with our neighbors. Please respect neighboring properties, avoid excessive noise, park only in designated areas, and keep outdoor spaces clean.

**Property Care:** Please treat this historic home with care and report any maintenance concerns or issues promptly so we can address them.

**Check-In & Check-Out:** Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM unless otherwise arranged.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing environment where guests can enjoy their own private retreat while sharing the wonderful amenities of the Fowler House. Thank you for helping us make it a great experience for everyone!

**Pet Policy:** Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $20 per pet, per night. Pets must be supervised, kept on a leash in shared outdoor areas, and may not disturb other guests. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. Pets should not be left unattended in the suite without prior approval. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning.

**Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy:** The Fowler House does not have dedicated EV charging stations. Guests wishing to charge an electric vehicle using an exterior electrical outlet must receive prior approval. A fee of $15 per day applies for EV charging. Please do not plug vehicles into property outlets without permission, and ensure charging cords do not obstruct walkways, parking areas, or shared spaces.
